Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

Incontinence affects people across all ages and activity levels2,4. Oftentimes people believe it to be "just a part of life"; It doesn't have to be that way. Regardless of demographics, patients respond well to conservative care, such as bladder retraining and pelvic floor strengthening3,5,6. Pelvic pain is also a very disruptive condition that affects many people at any given time. Depending on demographics, estimates of those affected range from 5.7-26.6% of people, which shows just how common pelvic pain is1. Pelvic pain can make very simple tasks difficult and people often suffer silently.

If you struggle with any of the above-mentioned problems and want to get back to doing what you love, come see our Therapists at Empower Physical Therapy and Fitness at either location!
